Do I need an account to make an order?
Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for “followers” and registered users.
Signing up for an account also allows you to earn doppkit Points, which are redeemable for discounts and other perks.

Shipping and Delivery
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
Doppkit packages are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of receiving an order. Standard delivery is within 2 – 4 days after dispatch, but can take an additional day or two to remote or rural areas. This may change during peak periods.
Orders are packed and shipped directly from our Doppkit distribution office in Metro Manila.
Final Sale and Exchange Policy
All sales made through Doppkit are final sale due to the nature of the products we carry. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to help resolve the issue. Damages and incorrect items not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted for exchange. Doppkit accepts exchanges of unopened, unused, in-resalable-condition merchandise and upon management’s approval.

If you need to cancel an order after you have submitted it to us, please get in touch with our team through firstname.lastname@example.org and every effort will be made to cancel the order before it ships. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it ships. In this situation, you will need to abide by the Final Sale and Exchange Policy here in the FAQ. Please note that any shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
